"Buying a house with Cedar was a fabulous experience. Since we were quickly
relocated to the Twin Cities we had only 3 days to look at homes. We told
Cedar of this daunting tasks and she quickly prepared a list of over 30
homes for us to look at over three days. Each night after a long day of
house hunting Cedar sent follow up emails to us and walked us through the
pros and cons of location, neighborhood and house features. When it was
time to make an offer Cedar was aggressive and polite ensuring we got the
most house for our money, At closing Cedar was prepared and very
knowledgeable of all paperwork and transactions. We even brought our 3 month
old baby to closing and Cedar played with him until close was complete.
